Billy hails from Charleston, West Virginia. Over the years, he has been the front man for local bands such as "Santa Cruz", "Skin Tight", & "The Production Company. Billy is also capable of adding some guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboards, & harmonica where needed. He also has a large collection of original material.
